We've served Manhattan for over 100 years, longer than any other air conditioning provider in the city, and these memberships are how we keep your home comfortable and help your equipment last.

Why PTAC maintenance matters

A through-the-wall (PTAC) unit that goes without service doesn't just lose efficiency. Two problems show up fast:

Mold, allergens, and odors. Without routine inspection, mold can overtake the unit and push particles and foul smells through your home. The difference between a maintained coil and one left without service for two years is dramatic.
Breakdowns and water damage. A neglected unit operates under stress, performs inefficiently, and can develop leaks that lead to costly property damage

Regular attention prevents all of it. It's never too late to start.

Choose your membership

We offer three tiers. All three include two preventative maintenance visits a year (Fall and Spring). The differences are in priority, repair coverage, loaner units, and replacement discounts.

Prices are per PTAC unit, per year, plus 8.875% sales tax.

Bronze covers the essentials: two annual tune-ups, priority scheduling, and 20% off any repairs.

Gold adds our loaner unit program (a temporary rental installed while yours is in the shop) and a 5% discount toward replacing an existing unit.

Platinum is full peace of mind: highest priority, repairs fully covered up to $1,500 per unit, loaner units, and a 10% replacement discount.

How to become a member

Count your units. We write memberships by apartment, not by individual unit, so count every PTAC unit in the apartment.
Pick your tier. Multiply your unit count by the tier price to get your annual total (Bronze $400, Gold $550, Platinum $660 per unit), plus 8.875% tax.
Complete the form and payment by card, bank payment, or personal check.

Memberships run one year and renew automatically. We'll send notice before every renewal so you can make changes, and you can cancel with 30 days' written notice before your renewal date.
