"Have been a platinum member for 3 years. Always great customer service from the operators who answer your calls to the maintenance staff who get to my apt promptly, are always cordial, wear protective gear ever their shoes, and are experienced and knowledgeable, keeping my units in good operating condition. If there are delays, it's always clearly communicated and I love that the windows they give for arrival times are usually half an hour to an hour as opposed to most other service people that make you wait around all day."
